i'll give it a shot...

this is my first attempt at posting, so i'm going to try to make it short and sweet.

i can't believe that i'm already back from italy. i spent time with my family, cheered on the soccer team, and relaxed a lot! this past weekend i went to the wedding of my friends cindy and ed and it was wonderful! it was just so much fun and it was great to see a lot of old friends. i am in connecicut now, but soon will be going to boston to see some more friends and then out to the lake house for two short days....then i'll be off to DC for two weeks of JVI orientation and departure date for belize is august 1st. wow, it tires me out to even write all that!

i am going to send this first post out to a bunch of folks that i hope to keep in contact with---but other than this first time, you're going to have to check it periodically to see if i have updated it. i will do my very best to post when i can.

also, i want to put my address here, you know, just in case anyone wants to send me any mail!!!
(and by that i mean, i would LOVE to hear from you, so please write!!!)

Also, my email address will remain marianeva@excite.com, so feel free to drop me a line that way as well.

that's it for now. i hope that this finds you all well! i don't think i will be able to post again until i'm in belize for a few days, so check back in a few weeks!

be well.
